Directing ActorsThis course teaches you how to work for a director by putting you in the directorial position. When you’re acting in film or television, you don’t get much acting direction from the director, and you have to be able to direct yourself – not an easy thing to do. You’ll understand the work involved in breaking down the script, building characters, etc. You’ll also learn the vocabulary of the business of acting – how directors and actors communicate with each other. 6 weeks, $45/week as you come. Remember, if you would have to miss one or even two of the nights of the group course, we could always do a make-up outside of class at your convenience. |
